All you need to know...
RSVP
One RSVP per guest is required. If there is more than one person on your invite, please fill in the RSVP form for each guest attending. If you cannot make it, or change your mind, please let us know ASAP so we can offer your space to someone else.
Dress Code
There isn't one! We want you to feel comfortable, so anything goes, from your pjs to a tux and anything in-between. Please feel free to show up in jeans, or event a carrot costume - we really don't care! Bear in mind we are in a rustic location with grassed areas, so heels are not advisable.
Camping
There is the option to camp overnight at Tournerbury at a cost of £22 per pitch. If you would like to camp on Saturday 30th, please mention so in your RSVP. We will need payment in advance.
If you've booked a pitch, please arrive no later than 11am on the day to ensure you can set up and depart no later than 10am the following day.
Getting There
Trust Google maps. It may look and feel like you've gone the wrong way, but you're probably on the right track if you've put "Tournerbury Woodland Estate, PO11 9DL" into maps. Further instructions here.
Parking
Parking is available on-site. If you leave your car there overnight, you will need to collect it by 10am on Sunday 31st August.
Food
We will be offering canapés shortly after the ceremony. The main food, which will be street-food style, will be served at 5pm. There will be more food later to fuel your dancing! If you have any dietary requirements please let us know in your RSVP.
Drinks
Welcome drinks and toasting drinks will be provided. The bar will be open all day, so please feel free to buy additional drinks as and when you fancy.
Taxis
Taxis MUST be pre-booked. The party ends at 11pm, so please ensure your taxi is booked no later than this. (Consider camping on-site as it's cheaper and we can keep the party going!)

Plus Ones
We cannot accommodate any plus ones which are not specified on your invite.
Kids
We are keeping our wedding adult only, therefore we cannot accommodate children.
Photos
Take as many photos as you like, except during the ceremony. If you're putting them on the gram use #TheGrateWedding2025 so we can see them easily! We also ask that you respect our fabulous photographers and give them priority when snapping shots.
